1. Data Collection

BrainiAll, Inc. ("BrainiAll," "we," "us," or "our") collects information you provide directly when creating an account, requesting a demo, or contacting us. This includes your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and any other information you choose to share.

We also automatically collect certain technical data when you use our platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. For our AI platform services, we process operational data such as API requests, model parameters, and usage metrics that you provide through our APIs and integrations.

2. How We Use Data

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our AI agent and model services; to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests; to analyze usage patterns and optimize platform performance; and to comply with legal obligations.

Operational data you submit through our platform is processed solely to deliver AI agent responses, model inference, and optimization recommendations. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our machine learning models and benchmark performance across industry segments.

3. Data Sharing

BrainiAll does not sell your personal information or operational data to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processing), subject to strict confidentiality agreements and data processing addenda.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction, and we will notify you of any such change.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, audit logging, regular vulnerability assessments, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with physical and environmental safeguards.

While we strive to protect your data using commercially reasonable methods, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly notifying affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our platform. Essential cookies are required for core functionality such as authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve it. Preference cookies remember your settings and choices.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit the functionality of our platform. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or tracking. Third-party analytics services we use process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing activities; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are subject to applicable legal limitations.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, disclosed, or sold; the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (BrainiAll does not sell personal data); and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
